BACKGROUND The Hills moved with their four children from New England to Naples in 1979 when Jill accepted the position of Director of Tennis at the Naples Bath & Tennis Club. Prior to the move Roger was a teacher, coach and athletic director. His career change from education to real estate was natural and has been their life ever since. Jill joined Roger in real estate, and after both being top producers in a large Naples firm, the Hills opened their own office in 1984.
