WHO PAYS THE FEE?

As is customary in this area, our fee comes from the proceeds of the transaction. The listing broker and the buyer’s broker traditionally divide the commission at closing. There is no additional cost to you for using a Buyer’s Agent. In fact, we often save you money in negotiations and gain extras for you in features and benefits.
